Shapley Research Associates is a private research
enterprise. We work collaboratively with other organizations or
independently to conduct education research, program evaluations,
and policy studies. We also offer an array of services in
support of education projects undertaken by others. Our mission is to
foster school and student success through research that supports informed
decisions about the effectiveness of educational interventions and
policies.
We specialize in theory development, research and
evaluation design, instrument development, data collection and analysis,
report generation, research dissemination, and technical assistance. We are
available to work with schools and school districts, education service
centers, federal and state agencies, universities, research organizations,
non-profit organizations, businesses, and individuals.
